CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. can cranberry sauce, jellied or whole

Mix oats, flour, brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Place half of this mixture in an 8 x 8 inch greased baking dish. Cover with cranberry sauce. Top with balance of crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. Cut in square, topped with scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 6-8.
