GRANDMA'S SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil

Add vinegar to milk (preferably in a glass measuring cup) and set aside. In a good size mixing bowl, beat egg. Add baking soda to milk mixture and beat with a spoon until frothy. Add to beaten egg and blend together. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil and mix well again. Cook on a hot griddle, turning when bubbles form on the first side. Serve warm with favorite toppings.
