1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Pet milk

Mix all together and spread half in 9x13 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt 1 package caramels and 1/3 cup Pet milk. Spread this mixture over cake. Sprinkle 6 oz.) package chocolate chips over caramels. Spread the rest of the cake mixture over chocolate chips. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
