SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions
1 can tomato soup (low salt)
8 oz. frozen green beans (any kind)
5 potatoes, mashed (I use yogurt or buttermilk in them)

You can vary the meat, soup and vegetable to your taste. The only constant is the layering. Brown the meat and onions, add the soup. Layer this into a casserole dish. Layer the green beans (at least thawed). Layer on the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
