SHRIMP MOLD 
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. green onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. cans shrimp

Mix water and gelatin together in saucepan with mushroom soup. Add cream cheese and cook over low heat until blended. Remove from heat and add mayonnaise, celery, green onion, and shrimp. Mix and put in mold and chill several hours. Serve with crackers or raw vegetable sticks.
