EASY - DO - FUDGE | |
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks) 3 c. sugar 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional) Combine butter, sugar and milk in large heavy saucepan. Over low heat, bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring to avoid scorching. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir vigorously, making certain all particles are dissolved. Poured into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool completely. |
