CRUNCHY CHEESERONI | |
2 c. Creamette macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 1 can (10 oz.) condensed tomato soup 1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 med. green pepper, diced 1/4 c. chopped pimento 2 c. cubed Colby cheese 1 can (3 oz.) French fried onions Prepare Creamettes according to package. Drain. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add soups, green pepper, pimento and cooked macaroni. Place half the mixture n a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with half the cheese and half of the onions. Top with remaining macaroni mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. 4-6 servings. |
