CRANBERRY WALNUT RELISH | |
1 lb. fresh cranberries 2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped English walnuts 1 c. orange marmalade Juice of 1 lemon or lime Wash and drain cranberries. Mix with sugar. Place in a shallow baking dish and cover. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Toast walnuts for 12 minutes. Add marmalade and juice to cranberry mixture. Stir in nuts. Place in container. Chill before serving. |
