1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Beat egg white not quite stiff. Add cream of tartar. Add in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven, 375 degrees. Turn off and put in cookies. Leave overnight. DO NOT PEAK IN OVEN!! as they will not turn out.
