SQUASH BREAD 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated squash
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 - 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins (opt.)
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Bake in 10" tube pan or loaf pans at 325 degrees for 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes.
