GOLDEN SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. finely chopped cabbage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve Jello in water. Cool and thicken until quivery. Pour in other ingredients into mold and chill until stiff. Serve on finely shredded cabbage with mayonnaise.
