RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
10 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix well and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 2 c. sugar 4 egg yolks 2 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour

Cook over low heat until thick. Spread on crust.

MERINGUE:

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat into stiff peaks, spread over rhubarb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
