MANICOTTA WITH RICOTTA FILLING 
1 box manicotta shells
2 c. Ricotta (cheese)
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced or grated
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, parsley

1. Mix above.

2. Cook manicotta shells in salted water (directions on box). Add 1 tablespoon oil so shells won't stick together.

3. Drain. Cool in cold water

4. Fill shells with above filling.

5. Place filled shells in greased baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over them. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
Garlic, cloves or powdered basil
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt (to taste)

1. Brown hamburger, pork in oil.

2. Add tomato paste.

3. Add about 4 cans water (or 5) (depends on how thick you want sauce).

4. Add garlic. (If cloves, cut in fine pieces or mince.)

5. Add basil, salt.

6. Add Parmesan cheese (2-3 tablespoons).

7. Let come to boil. Simmer about 15 minutes.

8. Pour over the manicotti shells.
