EASTER EGGS
1/4 lb. butter
2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners sugar
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla

Mash potatoes without milk. Blend butter and potatoes; let stand until cold. Add sugar and vanilla to the potato mixture. If you use unopened boxes of sugar, you do not need to sift. Knead the mixture until creamy. Mold into desired shape. Let chill for 1 hour and then dip into chocolate coating.

Coating: Melt 1/2 pound butter chocolate in double boiler. Stir in 3 tablespoons melted paraffin wax. Cool. Dip candy in chocolate. Makes 2 1/2 pounds of Easter eggs.
