FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries
1 lg. Cool Whip

Cream sugar and softened cream cheese together. Drain the pineapple and add the juice to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in crushed pineapple and strawberries. Fold in Cool Whip and freeze in muffin pans lined with cupcake liners. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before serving. Also great as a dessert.
