JEANINE'S CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. soft butter 8 oz. soft cream cheese 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter, cheese, sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Add alternately with milk and vanilla. Divide between three 8-inch pans that are greased. TOPPING: 1/4 c. soft butter 1/4 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar Mix topping. Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes. This may be frozen and baked later. |
