GRANDMA DICKSON'S MAYONNAISE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 eggs, well beaten
Butter the size of an egg
Cream

Mix and cook in double boiler until thick, the first 5 ingredients. When thickened add the butter. Cool. May thin with sweet cream or half & half. (Grandma used sweet cream.) Great for Potato Salad!
