CREAMY CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine and heat first 4 ingredients. Add coconut and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Fill 1/3 chocolate batter and a heaping teaspoon of cream mix for each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
