CREAMED SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. half & half or canned skimmed milk

Melt butter and cook garlic over low heat, do not brown. Thaw spinach in microwave. Squeeze moisture out of spinach by small handfuls and put in pan (fry pan) with garlic. Add dash of nutmeg, salt and pepper. It will thicken. Add more liquid if desired. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
