DRUMETTES 
4 lb. drumettes
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. ginger

Soak drumettes overnight in pineapple juice. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake in two 9 x 13 inch greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees, turning every 20-30 minutes. Bake until the liquid in the pan creates a sticky brown coating for the chicken. Take care not to burn.
