WINTER FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. peach pie filling (canned)
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 capful almond extract
1 can chunk pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix the fruits, drained; reserve juice. Add capful of almond extract. Fold in 1 cup peach pie filling. Refrigerate. Add reserved juices in small amounts, to desired consistency, at serving time. Serves 5-6.
