SANTA FE ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Salt to taste
10 flour tortillas
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 sm. can chopped green chili peppers

Fry meat; add tomato paste, water, onion, taco seasonings, and salt to meat. Cook longer.

Soften shells; spoon 2 tablespoons meat mixture in shells and roll up tightly. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine Cheez Whiz and chili peppers; melt and pour over tortillas. Top with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
