2 lb. bratwurst 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 can beer 1 c. brown sugar 4 tsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. yellow mustard 4 tsp. horseradish sauce 1/4 c. white vinegar Brown bratwursts in oil and drain. Add beer and simmer for 20 minutes. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, horseradish sauce and vinegar. Add mixture to beer and brats. Cook until bubbly. Keep warm in crock-pot until ready to serve. |
