DANISH FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. pineapple chunks
6 bananas, sliced
6 apples, diced
2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
3 tbsp. flour
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. carton whipped cream

Mix juice of pineapple and flour into a paste. Add egg yolks and beat in sugar. Melt butter and add to mixture. Cook, stirring CONSTANTLY, until thickened. Cool and add whipped cream. Mix fruit and some of the dressing at serving time. Place extra spoon of dressing over top of salad.
