TUNA CAKES 
1 can tuna (6 oz.)
12 sq. soda crackers
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste

Mix together and pan fry. Will be very sticky. Serve on a toasted bun, with lettuce and mayonnaise. Very good!! Makes 5-6 cakes.

Makes sure you crush the crackers as finely as you can! The old "ziploc bag with a rolling pin" trick works nicely. A squeeze of lemon juice in the mix is nice. I fry mine up in a few tablespoons of butter. They are great just with ketchup and kids love them. This is similar to the recipe my mom used growing up, but I can't find it. Also, I'm pretty imprecise with measurements, I just do whatever looks right. You need 2 cans of tuna for this recipe, not just one.
