half pound chicken 1 tablespoon ginger 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon peanut oil 4 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce 1 16 oz of frozen rice stir fry Season thawed chicken on both sides using 1 tablespoon of ginger, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Grill seasoned chicken for 8-9 minutes or until no longer pink. Then, add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan on medium heat. Slowly add the frozen rice to the pan. Stir constantly for 5-8 minutes or until firm and tender. Cut up the grilled chicken into cubes, then add to the rice stir fry.
