BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
8 lean pork chops
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 bay leaf

Brown chops in hot oil. Pour combined remaining ingredients over chops. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
