SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 or 2 fryers, cut
1/2 c. flour
Vegetable oil for frying
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional)
McCormick fried chicken seasoning
Salt and pepper

Cut and season the chicken while wet with the salt, onion powder, fried chicken seasoning and pepper. Be sure to use 1/2 of the seasoning on the chicken and the other half in the flour.
