PARMESAN BAKED EGGS 
grated Parmesan cheese
half and half
eggs
paprika

Spray individual baking cups with nonstick spray. Sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated Parmesan evenly into cup. Break an egg into each cup. Add 1 teaspoon of half and half to each cup. Evenly sprinkle Parmesan onto each egg. Add a dash of paprika.

Bake at 300°F to 350°F for about 15 minutes or until yolks are firm.
