SAUSAGE - EGG CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage, browned & drained
6 pieces bread, cubed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Cube bread (trim off edges) and put in bottom of greased casserole. Spread cheese over bread. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread cubs and sausage. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Next day bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
