TUNA SUPREME 
1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni, cooked as directed
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1/4 c. chopped green & red pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Parmesan cheese

Drain artichokes, saving 1 jar of oil. Mix oil with 1 can mushroom soup and curry powder. Mix rice, cooked, artichoke hearts, tuna, scallions and chopped peppers. Add to soup mixture. Put in 2 quart greased casserole. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Feeds 6 generously.
