TURTLE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix or preferred chocolate
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
8 oz. caramels
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk, no substitute
1 c. chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

Mix cake mix as directed; pour 1/2 mix into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. Melt caramel, butter and Eagle Brand milk; pour over 1/2 of cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Pour other 1/2 of cake mix over and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
