UN-EGG ROLL 
1 head cabbage, grated med. thin
4 carrots, grated finely
1 onion, chopped, optional
2 lb. ground meat, browned & drained
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef with a little water. Add 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to meat while cooking. When meat is done and crumbly, drain well. Put cabbage, carrots and onions (if used) in large pan, cook on medium heat with a little water added. Cook just until vegetables changes color. Add meat mixture and remaining seasonings. Mix well and warm. Serve with rice if desired. We use soy sauce.
