HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix flour with sugar and pour over pineapple which has been put into greased, glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Finally, pour melted butter over layers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
