3 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 (28 oz.) can plum tomatoes, chopped 1 tsp. each dried basil and oregano 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 c. clam juice 1/4 tsp. each salt and crushed red pepper 8 each cherrystone clams, mussels, shrimp, and sea scallops Cooked spaghetti In large saucepan, cook garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients, except seafood. Simmer 10 minutes. Add seafood. Cook until clams and mussels open, about 5 minutes. Discard unopened shell fish. Serve over spaghetti. |
