SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. frozen bread dough (thawed)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage (crumbled fried)
1 egg
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Shredded mozzarella

Roll out bread dough and brush with egg. Sprinkle Parmesan, sausage and mozzarella over top and roll up jelly roll fashion.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool a bit and then slice. (There was no amount indicated on the mozzarella cheese.) I guess just enough to cover the bread, 4 ounce or so. This is real good. Is an excellent item for a brunch or any time.
