1 c. flour
1/4 c. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Put flour, salt, water, oil and cream of tartar into a saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat until mix is very thick. Pour onto waxed paper. Either add food coloring while cooking for 1 color or after cooking divide into 3 to 4 piles and punch a hole in each and add a different color to each. One batch can make 3 to 4 colors.
