HONKY TONK 
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2-2 lbs. hamburg
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. American cheese, cut up or 8 slices, cut up
1 (16 oz.) box elbow macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Saute onion with hamburg. Season with salt and pepper. Heat mushroom soup with cheese until cheese melts. Mix with hamburg mixture and cooked macaroni. Add mashed up tomatoes. Place in casserole and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
