ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 pkgs. Americania Tapioca pudding vanilla
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
3 c. water or juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can chunked pineapple, drained (16 to 20 oz.)
6 oz. Cool Whip

Combine pudding, Jello and water in saucepan and bring to boiling. Cool in refrigerator. Add fruit and Cool Whip after cool, before it is thickened. You can also use raspberry Jello and raspberries.
