4 c. Snappy Tom, V-8, or other spicy tomato drink 4 c. plain tomato juice A couple healthy dashes Tabasco sauce 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 c. diced cucumbers 1 c. diced celery 1 c. diced red onion 1 diced avocado 1 c. diced green pepper Other diced Mediterranean vegetables (as desired) Put the juice, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender. Whirl until very smooth and the garlic is liquified. Nestle the bowl that contains this liquid in a bed of chopped ice. Put the remaining ingredients into individual serving bowls. Ladle the liquid into each bowl. Let them add additional vegetables as their appetite desires. |
