STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
2 lbs. zucchini
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. onion flakes
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. spaghetti sauce

Halve zucchini. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch in shell. Place in baking pan. Coarsely chop centers. Mix next 9 ingredients. Spoon into shells. Top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
