Ritz crackers
Creamy peanut butter
Almond bark
Popsicle sticks

Spread peanut butter on one side of a cracker. Press popsicle stick onto peanut butter. Add a dab of peanut butter to the center of another cracker and press firmly on top of popsicle stick.

Dip cracker sandwich into melted almond bark and lay on wax paper until coated.

Or cheat and skip the popsicle stick for kids and use metal tongs to dip sandwich cracker into melted chocolate mixture and place on wax paper to cool. This makes "Ritz without a stick"!
