SWEET BREAD 
10 lbs. flour
4 lbs. sugar plus 1 c.
1 tsp. salt
2 dozen eggs, beaten
3/4 bar yeast (purchased at bakery)
6 c. milk, hot
2 lbs. butter
1 c. oil

In very large deep pan put flour and yeast. Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes. Melt butter; add milk and oil. Heat until very hot.

Make a hole in the middle of flour. Add hot milk mix and eggs; knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 4 hours; punch down and let rise for 4 hours again.

Divide dough equally into greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes. Freeze for later. Yield 10 loaves.
