4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
Water as needed

Beat eggs until light. Add flour and salt. Dough will be very stiff and sticky. Add water. Start with 1 tablespoon at a time. Mix until dough forms a ball. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll out until very thin. Allow dough to rest 1 hour. Roll dough up jelly roll fashion and slice thin noodles. Place in boiling, salted water and cook until done.
