4 eggs 1 tsp. salt 2 c. flour Water as needed Beat eggs until light. Add flour and salt. Dough will be very stiff and sticky. Add water. Start with 1 tablespoon at a time. Mix until dough forms a ball. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll out until very thin. Allow dough to rest 1 hour. Roll dough up jelly roll fashion and slice thin noodles. Place in boiling, salted water and cook until done. Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Psalm 127:1. |
