STRAWBERRY - BANANA PIE 
1 med. banana, sliced
1 graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz.) strawberry-banana Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. strawberries, sliced

Arrange banana slices in crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir occasionally until Jello is thickened (2 to 3 minutes). Remove any unmelted ice. Using a wire whip, blend in Cool Whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries.

Chill if necessary, until this will mound. Spoon over bananas in pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with strawberries and bananas.
