ELEGANT CRAB POPOVERS 
Pastry patty shells
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. minced onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. flour
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans King Crab
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of Tabasco

Wash and slice mushrooms. Simmer the onion and green pepper in butter. Add mushrooms and white wine; cook 10-15 minutes. Remove mushrooms from mixture, then reduce mixture down to 1 cup. Add cream and flour; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add rest of ingredients and spoon into pastry shells.
