ENGLISH TOFFEE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. water

Combine above ingredients and boil to 300 degrees on candy thermometer or hard stage. Slowly add 1/2 cup cream and cook again to 300 degree or hard stage. Pour into buttered pan and place 4 Hershey bars on top; spread. Sprinkle with a few pecans or walnuts.
