1 med. head cauliflower, cut bite size
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 lb. bacon, cut up and fried
1 onion, chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Put cauliflower in bowl - pour 1/3 dressing over. Layer of cabbage - another 1/3 dressing. Add onion, bacon and rest of cabbage. Add last of dressing. Refrigerate overnight. Mix up good before serving. Dressing becomes very runny so mix thoroughly before serving.
