WOLF COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. molasses
1 egg
3 tsp. ginger
8-10 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. coffee
3 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and Crisco. Add egg and coffee. Whip in molasses. Add dry ingredients. Roll out on a floured surface. Cut into large circles. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
