ALFREDO FETTUCINI 
8 oz. fettucini
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook and drain the fettucini. Put the rest of the ingredients into a saucepan. Mix and heat until thickened and bubbly stirring constantly. Pour over fettucini and toss to mix. Serves 6.
